The Greek Pop-Up by Dino Moniodis

September 21, 2026 05:00 PM until October 12, 2026 09:00 PM

For four Mondays this fall, the Appellation Kitchen dining room sets a Greek table. The Greek is a pop-up dinner series with Chef Dino Moniodis, who cooks the food he was raised on.

Dino grew up in Sonoma County and spent his childhood summers in Greece, working in a cousin's beachfront restaurant. He came home, built a food truck into two restaurants and a team of forty-four, and never stopped. Now he is cooking here.

Five courses, and Dino calls them contemporary interpretations rather than reproductions. The wine list is Greek as well, with Tess Housholder pouring her favorite dry whites from the region.
