Seven in the morning, every day of the week. Breakfast runs to 10, and the coffee counter stays open an hour past it. The brûléed French toast is worth the early alarm.

Two days a week the menu gets longer. Eggs and buttermilk pancakes if that's the morning you're having, or spaghetti al limone with preserved Meyer lemon and bottarga if you'd rather call it lunch. Saturday and Sunday, 10 to 2.

Lunch in Healdsburg lands between other things. Plates come with vegetables picked that morning by grower Jimmy. Featuring Mt. Lassen trout with caramelized Meyer lemon, Front Porch Farms iceberg with Point Reyes blue, Hog Island oysters by the half dozen. Or a cheeseburger and waffle fries, a classic.

Supper in Healdsburg, Monday and Tuesday nights. Pacific king salmon on the plancha, a petite shoulder filet, Mary's chicken with citrus-shallot jus, and vegetables. Mondays, Hog Island oysters are $3 apiece and worth joining us for.
