Lassen trout with caramelized Meyer lemon, Front Porch Farms iceberg with Point Reyes blue, Hog Island oysters by the half dozen. Or a cheeseburger and waffle fries, a classic.

Supper in Healdsburg, Monday and Tuesday nights. Pacific king salmon on the plancha, a petite shoulder filet, Mary's chicken with citrus-shallot jus, and vegetables. Mondays, Hog Island oysters are $3 apiece and worth joining us for.
