Join us every Monday night for Hog Island Mondays, featuring $2 Hog Island Select oysters, shucked to order and served from 4 pm to close in the restaurant, bar, and lounge.

Curated by Chef Charlie Palmer and Hog Island's John Finger, Hog Island Selects reflect the best of what Hog Island has to offer each week—fresh, pristine oysters chosen for their balance, brine, and seasonality.

Settle in with a glass of wine, a classic cocktail, or a crisp local beer and enjoy oysters the way they’re meant to be enjoyed: fresh, unfussy, and shared.
