Menus
At Folia, our menus are rooted in Sonoma’s bounty and brought to life over open flame. From oak-ember grilled pork chops with Santa Rosa plums to black cod cioppino simmered with local squid and fennel, we’re proud to partner with nearby farmers, ranchers, and artisans—including Hog Island Oyster Co., Liberty Duck, and Quail & Condor—to craft food that is both elemental and elevated.
Private Events
Folia offers a range of private dining experiences, from intimate gatherings in Atelier Alyse to open-air celebrations beneath the olive trees at Jerry’s Grove. Whether indoors or al fresco, each setting is designed to showcase Sonoma’s natural beauty and the elemental, fire-driven cooking that defines our kitchen.
